The System Settings section in the Configuration module allows you to manage the settings of the Cimpl platform for your organization. This section enables you to configure Cimpl to your organization's specific needs and tastes.
To open the System Settings section, click Configuration > System Preferences.
You can:
- Control access permissions in System Preferences.
- Select your currencies.
- Edit email templates.
- Set your configurations .
- Customize the layout of Self-Service with Self-Service Section.
- Configure service request approvals and email templates in Request Configuration.
- Create custom workflows with Workflow Configuration.
- Edit text labels in Language Translation Management.
